As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist, I provide personalized fitness coaching to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence.
Next Step Strength is designed for older adults, people transitioning from physical therapy, stroke and brain injury survivors, individuals managing chronic conditions, and anyone who wants safe, supportive exercise outside a traditional gym setting.
My coaching is direct, supportive, and adaptable. Every program is tailored to your goals and abilities, helping you stay active, independent, and confident in the activities that matter most.

Next Step Strength is built around simple, structured progress. Every client starts with where they are now, then follows a plan designed to build confidence, improve form, and make strength training feel sustainable.
Assess
We start by understanding your goals, training history, schedule, movement quality, and what has or has not worked for you before.
Build
You receive a structured training plan with exercises, sets, reps, progression, and coaching notes designed around your current ability.
Refine
Form feedback and live video check-ins help adjust the plan over time so your training stays effective, safe, and realistic.
Progress
The goal is not random workouts. The goal is measurable progress, better movement, and confidence that carries outside the gym.
